El envío es gratuito para pedidos con destino a España peninsular y Portugal peninsular.
Para pedidos con destino a Baleares, Canarias u otras zonas insulares, los gastos de envío corren a cargo del cliente y se mostrarán durante el proceso de compra.

Devoluciones por desistimiento
Si cambias de opinión, puedes solicitar la devolución de tu pedido en un plazo de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del producto, sin necesidad de justificar el motivo.
Para aceptar la devolución, el producto deberá estar sin usar, en buen estado y con su embalaje original.
En las devoluciones por desistimiento, los gastos de envío de la devolución corren a cargo del cliente.
Una vez recibido y revisado el producto, realizaremos el reembolso correspondiente mediante el mismo método de pago utilizado en la compra.
Incidencias o productos defectuosos

Revisaremos tu caso y, si la incidencia se debe a un error por nuestra parte, gestionaremos el reembolso correspondiente y asumiremos los gastos de envío de la devolución.
Falta puntual de stock
En caso puntual de no disponer de stock del producto comprado, nos pondremos en contacto contigo para ofrecerte varias alternativas disponibles.
Si no deseas ninguna de las alternativas propuestas, realizaremos el reembolso del pedido. Además, si lo deseas, podremos avisarte cuando el producto vuelva a estar disponible.
